Maria Paris

Was born into a big Italian Sicilian New York family and after a lot of therapy, church confessions, and failed relationships with Italian men, she moved to Los Angeles to fulfill her dream as a token mafia Italian in all indie films and TV pilots.  Seriously, she just walked the red carpet for the star-studded award-winning indie featured film, “Frank and Ava”, where she played Nancy Sinatra, Frank’s wife.

Maria has performed stand up for years in LA and across the USA. She competed  “Savannah Comedy Revue” in Savannah, GA and beat out 18 other top comedians!  In Los Angeles, she performs in  clubs that include the Comedy Store, the Ice House Comedy Club to name a few. For the last 5 years Maria has been writing, producing, and acting in her own short sketch comedy web series called, “Rita Guida Show”.  Which can be found on YouTube and streaming on E360TV on AppleTV and Roku.

When Maria isn’t making people laugh, she is learning to cook so that one day she can earn back her “i” vowel at the end of her last name and stop shaming her Italian Sicilian family.
